not everyday we feel motivated to get up out
of bed in the morning.
days, Iím tired & need to learn to rest...
other days I need that extra bit of motivation
! Hereís 20 things to do when itís just one
of those days:
drink lots of water & green tea
2. eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a
queen , & dinner like a pauper
3. eat lots of fruit, veg, & things from nature
4. go for a walk / swim / bike ride
5. read a book ... or 10!
6. go to bed an hour earlier
7. stop thinking negative thoughts about yourself
8. donít dwell on the past
9. enjoy the little things
10. donít judge or compare yourself to others
11. begin practicing yoga or meditation
12. donít procrastinate
13. avoid processed foods
14. do a morning stretch
15. listen to peaceful music
16. tidy up your living space
17. wear an outfit that makes you happy
18. throw away things you donít need
19. remember that all the efforts youíre making
now will pay off in the end
20. spend more time outside
