Victoria's Secret, Stella McCartney, Givenchy,
Elie Saab, Dsquared, Nicole Miller, Oscar
de la Renta, and that's just a few. She has
been photographed for the pages of every major
fashion magazine, and just finished her recent
shoot for Tommy Hilfiger.

The
Brazilian bombshell shared her secrets on
how she tones those supermodel legs without
adding the unwanted muscular look.

cardio: She
does cardio 30 minutes everyday. Bike riding,
jogging, what ever she can do to keep her
heart rate up. Even on the days she has an
early call time, she wakes up even earlier.
Plus as we all know, not only does it keep
your legs trim it's also great for the heart
and all around body health.

weight training
at the gym: But
slow down all you aspiring supermodels, don't
go running off to the gym just yet -lol
She only hits the gym once a week to do weight
training on her legs.
This is how she keeps her muscles tone and
firm but without adding the unwanted bulky
muscle look to her legs.

Muay Thai:
The combat kickboxing, the
sport from Thailand! That's
right, not only is Fabiana a stunning supermodel,
but if needed to be, she could slap you upside
the head in her Louboutin's before you could
say the word Vogue - lol

workout, and could do this all day, everyday
if possible.
