As we start Paris Fashion Week, our final week of Fashion Month, we know how long and grueling these weeks can be.

While some people just think of it as one week, for many of the models/supermodels when you factor in Paris Haute Couture week, NY to Paris Fashion week and castings, it's almost a two month ordeal.

Supermodel, certified health counselor, and founder of organiceyourlife.com Lonneke Engel, shares her nutrition tips to keep those energy levels up while staying healthy as we start the final stretch of Fashion Month.

Eat on time, eat enough, eat healthy organic foods.

Drink water and teas.

Take nice warm showers, so you can relax your muscles and be runway ready for the next day.

If you have time, take small naps between shows.

By the time Paris comes around, you can see the toll it takes as even some of the veterans look tired.

I think fashion week are too much for models, they should chose 1 or 2. You can't be on top of your game for 6 weeks straight.

I know from experience ;) Fashion Weeks are so hard. Sleep well, eat right, drink enough and relax.
