healthy tips for beautiful skin:
1. Start
your day with a big glass of water with lemon
(it helps to cleanse your body from inside)
following up by a glass of fresh juice (example:
apple-lemon-kale-cucumber-ginger)

Avoid commercial dairy (milk, yogurt, cheese,
soy milk). Look for grass-fed, organic companies.
Better - make your own almond milk to enjoy
with your granola, oatmeal or latte :)
3.
Include high quality, plant based fats
into your diet such as avocado, cold pressed
olive oil, raw almonds, coconut oil. Avoid
fried food (heated oil cause acne, dull skin,
bags under the eyes, clogged pores)
