How to keep cool with Tamiris

She has been in the pages of SI doing photo shoots on those hot sunny beaches and her ads for Armani Exchange Exchange have been smoking hot to say the least, yet in her hair commercials and ads for Clairol and Garnier Fructis, Tamiris skin is always glowing with her flowing silky soft hair.

So we asked Elite model and Brazilian beauty Tamiris Freitas how she keeps cool in this summer heat wave.

Keeping hydrated with ice water is always a must for her or fruit juices with orange juice being her favorite.

Eating cool to stay cool, she loves cold fruits in this summer heat her favorites are pineapples , watermelon and cherries.

Living in New York its not like she can just go hop in the sunny beaches of Brazil to cool off she said, "Swimming if possible usually helps cool down."

If on a scorching hot photo shoot one of the quickest ways for her to cool down is just use a ice cold towel over the neck usually makes the world of difference.
