secret?

I workout 6 days
a week and eat a clean balanced diet! I like
to switch up my workouts with Pilates, yoga
& cardio! TRX ropes are always a great full
body workout also.

Just all kinds of Pilates workouts!
Usually do 20 reps x3!! My workouts are usually
around 2 hours, 1 hour toning 1 hour cardio.

What are you eating to achieve that definition,
we know exercise alone isn't enough.

Just a all around balanced
diet! Organic and nutritional whole foods!!
Proteins, veggies, fruits! No processed junk!
